Alvin Cooper is a fifty-three year old black male of Little Rock who owes $3,343.65 for a case from 1991 for Violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law.

Kevin Curry, twenty-six year old male of Magnolia, owes for a 2007 Theft by Receiving case and a 2009 Battery in the second degree case. His total unpaid fines/restitution is $1,583.03.
