We have received information about a scam involving our department. A person called from the phone number (870) 247-8688 claiming to be from the Columbia County Sheriffs Office warrants division and said that the citizen missed jury duty and now had a warrant for their arrest. The citizen also received a picture stating they signed certified mail referencing the jury duty.
